Return & Refund Policy – PackifyMe

Thank you for choosing PackifyMe for your custom packaging needs. We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made packaging products.
Because our products are manufactured to meet your specific size, design, and branding requirements, certain items are not eligible for return once production has started.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Custom Products

All custom-printed boxes, custom packaging orders, personalized items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect specifications compared to the approved proof

  • Damaged items due to production or packaging errors

This policy applies because custom packaging is created specifically per your design, size, and material requirements and cannot be resold.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation only under the following conditions:

Before Design Approval

If the order is still under design stage, you may cancel it.
A small processing fee may apply.

After Proof Approval

Once you approve the digital proof (final design), the order cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately.

3. Return Eligibility (For Defective Orders Only)

We accept returns only if:

  • The delivered products differ from the approved design or specifications

  • Printing errors or wrong colors were produced

  • The boxes are damaged, cut incorrectly, or have structural defects

  • Wrong material or finish was used

If any of the above conditions apply, PackifyMe will:

Reproduce the order at no extra cost

or

Offer a partial or full refund (case-by-case evaluation)

4. Reporting a Problem

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the defect

  • Description of the issue

  • Quantity affected

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours.

5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are issued only through the original payment method.

Refund approval is subject to:

  • Verification of the issue

  • Review of images/videos provided

  • Inspection (if return shipping is needed)

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, PackifyMe will:

Reproduce the entire batch

or

Reproduce only the damaged portion

or

Provide a partial refund**

Replacements follow the same standard production timelines unless expedited service is approved.

7. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items:

  • PackifyMe covers return shipping costs.

For all other cases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping (if applicable).

  • Custom printed items may not require physical return (case-by-case).

8. Change of Shipping Address

You may change the shipping address before dispatch.
Once shipped, PackifyMe cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Order Not Received

If your shipment has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
    We will track and resolve the issue with the courier service.
